Here at 2Dye4Hair & Company, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.
For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, no children, additional guests, or animals are permitted in the salon.
2Dye4Hair & Company has a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you ay have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply.
No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled.
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, Therefore, we respectfully require at least 72 hours notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment.
Should you make changes to the originally scheduled services less than 48 hours prior, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the originally scheduled services.
Should you cancel the same day as your appointment, you will be charged for 100% the cost of the originally scheduled services.
