Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Color Adjustments

Here at 2Dye4Hair & Company, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment. 

No Children, Additional Guests, or Animals

For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guests, no children, additional guests, or animals are permitted in the salon. 

Lateness

2Dye4Hair & Company has a 15-minute lateness policy. If you are running late for your appointment, please call ahead to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely, in which case a cancellation fee will apply. 

No Call/ No Show

No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. 

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or service(s) changes to your appointment. 


Should you make changes to the originally scheduled services less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the originally scheduled services. 


Should you cancel the same day as your appointment, you will be charged for 100% the cost of the originally scheduled services. We understand emergencies happen, in the event of an emergency we will waive cancellation fee.

Credit card required

To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file.

We look forward to seeing you at your appointment. To secure your appointment date, we will need a credit card to keep on file. Please text or call us with the following information. 


  • Full Name
  • Credit card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVC (3 digit security code on back of card)
  • Billing zip code

Cancellation Payment Policy:


  • We respectfully require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes in the service(s) scheduled. 
  • Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the cost of the service(s) scheduled. 
  • Should cancellations or changes to service(s) happen more than once, we regret that you will be prohibited from scheduling future appointments with us.

  • As courtesy, we will send you a text confirming your appointment 1 day prior to your appointment. Please be sure to confirm your appointment will be cancelled, in which case a cancellation fee will apply. 
  • PLEASE NOTE: All appointments are first come, first served basis.
