When I'm not at the salon, I'm probably grocery shopping with my 2 kids or burning some energy at the gym.

Hey! My name is Bailey Weber and I'm an esthetician here at 2DYE4 Hair & Co. I absolutely love helping people feel beautiful in their skin! As much as I love this career, I didn't always plan on becoming an esthetician. I have a bachelors degree in Psychology and always intended to work in that field, but it never quite seemed like the perfect fit. The creative and positive elements of a career in esthetics filled the gaps that I was previously experiencing in my professional career and I'm so glad to be where I am now!
I have a wonderful husband and two fur babies at home that I love dearly. If I'm not here at the salon, I'm probably at home reading or out spending quality time with my favorite people.

I am an Elite extension artist with IBE and am known for detail-focused hair extensions, low-maintenance blonding, and helping my client's natural hair become stronger and healthier in the long term while enjoying the instant gratification of extensions in the short term.
Outside of the salon, I am tending to my 4 kids, my chickens, or my sourdough starter. My husband and I are almost always doing a house project on the weekend. You’ll find him on the ladder and me with my Pinterest board and a fancy glass of wine “supervising”!
